Payment Policies We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx as forms of payment. You must present your picture ID when picking up tickets charged over the phone. We will gladly hold your tickets at Will Call, or if you prefer, we can mail them to you for a $1 fee. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Programs and dates are subject to change. Online Purchases You can purchase tickets online through Tickets.com . Discount Categories Discount tickets are available per the discretion of each event coordinator and may not be available for all events. To see if the event you are interested in has discount tickets available, please call the WWU Box Office at (360) 650-6146. Discounts are available in person at the WWU Box Office with the proper ID and over the phone. Please note that WWU Student discounts are not available over the phone and must be purchased in person at the WWU Box Office. Discounts are available online for selected events.
